Was at Costco yesterday and they had Penfolds Koonunga Hill Shiraz 750ml for $7.99 a bottle. Currently $11.65 a bottle at Dan Murphy's. Not sure if they would price match it.

Yup, Wynns Coonawarra Estate Shiraz (year is usually not indicated) @ Dan's
Member $10.75
Non-members $11.95The wynns is a very nice drop.
the wynns is more savoury from a cooler climate the penfolds is more fruit driven from a warmer climate.
What year is at Costco? Also what price and year is the shiraz cabernet?
2023 from the photo
I believe the shiraz cabernet was $11.48 not 100% sure though.
Anyone know if at Perth?
Geeze thats cheap for not a bad bottle.
Who would've thought wine would go through deflation (the glut would explain it though).
yeah the longer we upset the chinese the cheaper our wine, steak, prawns and lobster … please upset the chinese so that they dont buy or food or wine and drive up local prices.
presume i will get negged by farmers or chinese nationals who would rather locals pay more.
Now if only that extended to property…
property prices go up due to scarcity, agent at auction said they don’t make land anymore and more people want the same piece of land, by product of a growing population is demand for the same piece of land.
Same price at Docklands.
Was $7.99 at Dan's last week, this week it's Wynn's Shiraz on special Dan's was 2022 for the Penfolds not sure if Costco is 2021 ?
