Last coffee (damn good blend) from these guys was almost undrinkable, really disappointed in the quality, especially at the price.

I am no expert but my single origin filter beans from here are two coloured some light, some darker.

Is that normal?

  If it's an Omni roast it can be but that's not what roasters normally do. Limeblue coffee also do an Omni roast.. at least they are transparent.
  These guys are just not good roasters.
