It really depends on your personal tastes and how you drink your coffee.
I drink espressos (no milk), so usually got for the single origins.
The tasting notes and the roast/sweetness/acidity ratings are normally pretty spot on.
A good thing is if you get 500g of a single type of coffee, it’s most cost effective than 250g x 2, but comes in 2 separate sealed bags. If you get 1kg it’s even more cost effective, but comes in a single bag.
