      Edit: Looks like Rushfaster only has the Blue Bird colour available - which is also on sale from Patagonia. The Patagonia site is a much better deal.

  Those straps look terribly unconformable.

    They are. I tried it in store. Normally it's fine for a smaller bag where you're carrying less stuff. But for a 28L you'll want something with more back padding and more comfortable straps.

      Lack of sternum strap killed any possibility of getting this bag for me.
