I need a cheap second iPhone, but don't want to buy refurbished etc. I want a brand new one and I am happy for it to a number of years old. Any recommendations on sites/places to go? I was thinking iPhone SE 2nd gen, iPhone mini 11/12.

No and those models were not previously specified in your post.
I don't think anyone will still be carrying new unopened stock of such models.
Is there such a thing as cheap non-refurb brand new iPhone that is 3+ years old?
What about refurb directly from Apple? It comes with the same warranty as new?

Yeh I thought they used to as well. I was trying to figure out who they send their refurbished phones to for resale.
But you've said you don't want refurbished… and also, what's an iPhone mini 11/12? iPhone SE 2022 is the latest. Are you wanting the 2020 model for the lower price?
