It's free, and you shouldn't be clicking on any sort of payment options to access the files. Just create an account/log in, and you should have access to the direct download of the zip files. You do get a popup afterwards asking if you want a free month trial to their subscription plan, but can just exit that with the 'maybe later' option.
File size is pretty big for SVG. But free is free.
