    The SVS is superior, but its also double the price. The Polk DSW PRO 660wi is probably the SB1000 Pro's closest competitor.

    The SVS SB1000 Pro is a 12" vs the 10" here however keep in mind the SB1000 Pro is $1214 everywhere which is more than double the price.

      I demoed SB1000/2000Pro and REL 1205 and went with REL. Later upgraded to T9x. SVS is more of a cinema sub, I never really enjoyed both at the showroom and at a friend's place. Just don't waste your money if your preference is more music than movies. SB1000 never ever had a chance.

  SVS sb1000 or the Martin Logan 10 inch dynamo 1000w?

    This again is dependant on preference as the SVS is front firing whereby the Martin Logan Dynamo is down firing. The Dynamo with the Martin Logan motion, ESL or slim speakers is a great match but SVS is more user friendly with app control on the pro series
