Was slightly cheaper before via Fanatical, but directly through steam is always nice for refund purposes. But I suppose, who would refund these awesome games??

Arkham Collection includes Arkham Asylum GOTY Edition, Arkham City GOTY Edition, and Arkham Knight + the Season Pass.

Part of the Bruce Wayne's Birthday Sale on Steam.

Arkham Asylum: GOTY Edition - $7.23
Arkham City: GOTY Edition - $7.23
Arkham Origins - $7.23, Cold, Cold Heart DLC - $3.62 <- Origins and the DLC are NOT included in the Arkham Collection

    Fantastic games. A must-have collection.

    • Agreed. Have 100% 3 out of the 4 games (Origins save game got corrupted). Always wondered why Origins is always "separated" from these collections.

It was made by WB Montreal using all the Rocksteady assets, engine, etc. but IMO they did a great job and it doesn't deserve the criticism it gets.

      • I can't remember exactly why I disliked Origins so much (muh old brain) - as I'm a MASSIVE fan of the other three. But I recall not getting through more than about an hour of it.

It’s not as tight mechanically as the others imo, and the story is quite boring until about four hours in which is a bigger investment than many people make. By the end I was a big fan but I can see why a lot of people stop early on. Worth a revisit imo.

This is almost certainly what did me in.

Excellent timing - just got a Steam Deck yesterday!

      OLED or LCD?
I loaded up Arkham Knight on my OLED and it looks and runs awesome.

      • LCD purely due to price ($500 for 512gb model, second hand). Hades looks and plays really well, keen to see what AK looks like.

Nice, you got a bargain - I sold my LCD recently for $600 for 64gb (with 256gb card)
The OLED was an expensive jump up thats for sure

  • Arkham Knight is considered the best one right?

      City

The second one in the series is the best

      My particular order is:
      - City
      - Asylum
      - Origins
      - Knight.

Stil annoyed I cant find Arkham Origins on the playstation store.

    Best Arhkam game IMO

Stuck on PS3 unfortunately. The 360 version is back compat on the Xbox side if you have both, though it's no longer purchasable digitally so you have to hunt down a disc copy.

managed to get these for free overtime - On Epic Games I think

    • Yep, Arkham Asylum, Arkham City, Arkham Knight was free on Epic at one stage.
Not sure about Arkham Origins, don't think it is on Epic?

  • Do people sell their epic and steam accounts? These games were free in the past.

Great games, I still run through Asylum yearly. For me its gaming perfection. Wasn't as enthralled with City/Knight. Origins was pretty good too (loved the electric shock fists!!). Should replay it one day, I remember how many bugs it had on release. I was stuck a few times due to them (main one being the Mad Hatter mirror)

    • Having any issues with Asylum of late? It seems to be showing its age for me atm.

I'm 80% through an Asylum playthrough currently. Annoyingly have no vocals in cutscenes so it's subtitles only :(

Hopefully newer games will be a bit smoother.

        On pc ?

I'm still primarily using a Windows 10 pc while gaming so touch wood nothing out of the ordinary happens…. except that sequence during the game where everything shuts down (not the intro but further along the story). It used to always sucker me in thinking I RROD the 360 or something went wrong on the pc or ps3.

        • True story the gaming pc I purchased in 2010 blew up the morning after I had a Arkham Asylum session during a hot summer night. It was when I opened it up later on that I discovered while the video card was great (GTX 460 TI) - the rest of the system was a ticking time bomb (especially the no name power supply).

From then on I decided to always pick my parts and (where possible) build it myself.

Yeah, on PC (Windows 10). There is something wrong with the Logitech drivers for me atm.

I swapped to the VR headset/audio and it is working 100% again.

Arkham Asylum was the first game I played through with 3D Vision glasses way back when, I think that might also be a part of what is lacking in my latest play through. But after swapping to 3D view in the VR headset I'm back to the feels.

First time I've tried Depth3D and it's awesome, open source and working really well. If you have a VR headset give it a go (or dust off an Nvidia 3D Vision setup if you can).

        • Windows 7 Compatibility mode seems to have sorted everything on Win10 for me.

    • Asylum was such a breath of fresh air at the time. A super distilled action/adventure with phenomenal voice work, crazy villains and basically revolutionary combat system that so many games have copied since. Very big soft spot for all three Rocksteady Batman games.

For Kevin Conroy and Arleen Sorkin :')

  • Happy Birthday Bruce!

OP, I was pleased to find that I had everything on your list and then more. There are a few more discounted dlcs like A Matter of Family, Harley Quinn, redhood and prototype bat mobile.

I just need to install and play them.
