I'd be pretty dubious about buying a kogan TV ever again, not a good experience. Anything kogan branded that's electrical that I have bought has been shithouse.

Yup, mate of mine kept buying em. All died within 6 months. Some were DOA. Took him months of fighting to get any money back.

Of the TVs that did work briefly, they were so slow it was near impossible to use and might as well have been dead.

      Never buy Kogan anything ever.

What Bdawg said… for these prices for the larger TVs, I'd stick with Hisense or TCL QLED models. Stay away from Kogan.

I'd stay away as well. Bad experience with Kogan honouring any type of warranty for their products

Worst customer support. No live chat or phone number. Wait weeks for a reply to email. When you do get a reply, it's not related to your issue and another run around with emails.

Can't just send an email, have to attach pics even though it's related to item not being sent or not honoring points.

Totally regret buying from them and still waiting for Qantas points from purchase in August 2023.

    • I bought a folding bike rated for 120kg, I'm 80kg and the seat would fall down on me while riding, so I looked like a man on a kids bike with my knees around my ears. They demanded a video to prove the fault.

Given the 'quality' of the comments on this post it should pretty much be removed?

  • Do not buy from Kogan. Still fighting with them about the returns and 2 weeks of no reply.
I will call the credit card provider to get my money back.
