Anybody else's temu transactions not tracking at all and shopback help centre/missing cashback are not helping?

Hey mate, it's abnormal for users to have ongoing issues tracking Temu purchases. We do have sporadic reports of some orders failing to track, but no more than any other merchant, I find. If you're having issues getting any claim resolved with our team, definitely reach out via DM and I'll do what I can to help out!
well i have made two orders so far and the shopback extension has indicated that the order was tracked with the green circle for both (even have screenshots of it) but when i filed a missing cashback, the help centre said the order was not attributed to shopback and so the merchant will not give money, which is very strange
So this can occur if the merchant attributes the purchase to another service or advertisement active within a certain period around your purchase time. Often this can be a click to a Google Ad or another shopping service or extension, but we often don't have visibility of what exactly the purchase was attributed to, just notification that the purchase was not attributed to ShopBack so commission and subsequent Cashback isn't able to be paid. However, we can escalate cases with merchants if we believe Cashback has been rejected in error, so do reach out via DM with details if I can assist you further here.
