  I bought into the hype of Cali cola people said it taste like Pepsi max not even close the stuff is horrible lol so is fairy floss and gummy snake avoid them.

    That’s pretty low, considering most pre workouts have over 200. The one I use, has 250mg. I reckon you’d need double that to actually feel heart palpitations.

      Yeah Oxyshred hardcore is 235mg , total war is 320mg. Usually still have a monster in the mourning or 3-4 coffees depending if have client meetings then preworkout late arvo for workout.

      I guess I could also… try to be in bed by 10 and try and get sleep of 8 or more hours. But where’s the fun in that.

    160mg is a standard V or Red Bull in a large can.

    It's completely fine
