im assuming its international, i cant find anything that says otherwise (the guy on youtube doesnt mention it i think and twitter post has little info)
They may have changed their approach to these giveaways. The winner in November or December was Australian and they were complaining on stream about how much it cost to ship the computer here so they might just offer something different depending on where the winner is. I.e. mini case rather than full tower to drop the weight of the build.
Sounds rough, but I wouldn't mind paying the shipping and stuff or getting a loan off a mate for it if it's going to impact the specs in the pc.
Tbh if they're offering to ship a build world wide they should already have factored in the shipping costs. CLX ships worldwide with no issues.
The terms and conditions at the bottom of the Gleam tab says it's open worldwide.
(But the lack of PC specs is rather suspect)
