    Based on current bike market for a 2 year old model that is quite low. Some other brands/models are doing 40-50% off.

  RockShox 35 Gold RL is ok, but not great.
  At least its better than the OEM fork they sell on their hardtails.

  As much as the bicycle industry is struggling and we want bike shops to stick around and do well, this simply is not a bargain and has no place here.

  My local Giant store is selling the carbon model TRANCE X ADVANCED PRO 29 2 for this price, and this alloy model for under 3k. Poor deal.
