Also click and collect not available. At least not in Sydney. So its a $50 purchase for free delivery.

      • +2

That is how they get you.

      • +1

I was able to click and collect and im in Sydney?

      • +1

A couple of stores around Sydney I checked have click and collect avail. Perhaps might relate to the selected product and whether available instore, either that or not all stores allow it?

    • +2

      Ordinary.

      • Extra ordinary

      • +1

Cheers! Thanks for reminding me that they sell ‘the Ordinary’ skincare. Have an awesome day.

    • +1

      Hydralites click and collect
      3x20 tablets for $38.25
      Less than $0.32/tablet is alright

        • +1

          I got $17.39 cashback
I'm getting a felling that Aldi is discontinuing their electrolytes anyway

  • Can we pay with gift card?

    • +3

Priceline eGift card can be used in store only.

  • -1

    can we buy gift cards?

  • +2

    Priceline is overpriced.

The products i looked at are at least 25% cheaper @ CW and some are even cheaper by pricematching DJ Pharmacy @ CW

    • +1

      50% > 25%

      • Capped at $20, so not really 50% off if you spend over $50 to get free shipping

  • Can't login right now, which is required for free delivery over $50. Hopefully they fix. UPDATE: Seemed to be an issue with my account. Resetting password fixed it.

  • Bugger I've only just stocked up on half price make up and got my free beauty box, this would have make it full price of one item.

  • +3

if you return or cancel your order then you will
no longer be eligible for cashback

funny you say that. I used TCB for a purchase laat year, the store ended up cancelling my order, but TCB still paid out (as in approved, not pending)

    • -2

Your experience is common over all cashback sites. The prerequisite is "automatically tracked".

      • -1

no, read what I said. it's approved and is now in my bank account. CR & SB have never done that. They track pending then cancel, because the retailer cancels.

        • +1

@M00Cow I've had the same experience with CR & SB where orders had tracked but cashback was rejected as the retailers cancelled (out of stock). Haven't had out of stock with TCB though

  • +3

I was going to buy children Panadol and Nurofen anways. They are $7 expensive than CW but still saved $13

    $20 is tracking already.

    • +1

Buy the generic brand . Its the same thing and its the one they use in hospitals

      • Unfortunately my kids are so so they just throw up any other general medicine :(

    • How long did it take to track?

    • Great idea. Thanks, I've gone the same

    • $3
      Panamax 500mg 100 Tablets

ps. got a refund from priceline and cancelled order - pointless when they refunded one item for not in stock.
All unnecessary and too much work (and Aldi Hydralytes cheap anyway).

      • Will the whole cashback be rejected? How do you cancel online order?

        • I just emailed them (contact form) asked to cancel since they called one of the items, assume it may have stuffed the cashback. Still shows as pending so nice if I still get it. Maybe do the same or just don't pick it up.

Annoying as priceline could have just Substituted a different flavour hydra.

  • I bought a couple of products (Pevaryl) that don’t ever go on special and same price everywhere so it works out to be a great deal for me. Added a perfume spritz in for an extra 10ish for Valentine’s Day to bump it into the free delivery. Sweet deal thanks OP

  • First time using topcashback, how long does it usually take to track?

    • +3

Have a look at this deal first before doing Priceline if you are a new TopCashback customer

  • -2

Where does it state $20 cap? Can’t find it on the TCV website

    • +2

Don't know what the TCV website is…
but it's definitely on the TCB Website

      • -3

Of course it appears now. When I was clicking through on the Priceline link on TCB it didn’t have that language anywhere.

        • -1

Considering this deal was posted 4+ hours ago (with no revisions) and included the cap at the time of posting I can guarantee you with 100% certainty that it was there well before you clicked through and didn't appear now otherwise how else would OP know it had a $20 cap at the time of posting?

It was there, you overlooked it….

  • -2

Rip off. $12 at Priceline vs $8.23 for a random item I looked up.

    • +3

Well it's your lucky day! With 50% Cashback, your $12 item will be approx $6 (excluding GST, so may be slightly less than $6) after Cashback, which beats $8.23, so what's the problem?

      • Plus delivery fee unless spending over $50, which negates savings.

I've also been waiting since November for top cashback to payout for chemist warehouse which is an added risk

        • -2

Have you heard of Click & Collect?

          • -1

            @Empharand: Not available near me.

Plus even if it was, it shouldn't take three months for Top Cashback to approve a Chemist Warehouse click and collect from November. It doesn't give me confidence this will be approved quickly or at all.

            • -4

              @arcticmonkey:

              Not available near me.

              Well that's a you problem

Plus even if it was, it shouldn't take three months for Top Cashback to approve a click and collect from November. It doesn't give me confidence this will be approved quickly

Send the nice people at TCB an email asking when it will be approved? If it's overdue then they will certainly make it available for withdrawal

              • @Empharand: You seem overly invested in this deal. Conflict of interest?

And yes it's a me problem hence why I commented. Ever heard of discussion forums? That's what people do.

You seem overly invested in this!

  • Thanks OP, tracked after 35 mins.

  • -1
  • Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has the same issue at the payment. CC detail fields except card holder name are read-only (not editable). Then I tried Paypal, but a Paypal popup is supposed open but not (popups enabled in browser). I tried Chrome, Chrome Incognito, Edge, Opera in a PC and Chrome in a mobile but no luck. Yes I cleared cache.

    • PayPal worked and purchase tracked for me.

  • Is there anyway to use Priceline gift card online? looked everywhere but seems like you can't?

    • No, the same situation as Coles/Kmart eGC that cannot be used online. Even if Priceline let you use it, you may have the 50% cashback declined for using it.

  • -1

Thanks OP, ordered the lanolips deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/830721, some half price Swisse multivitamins and it has already tracked

  • -2

Anyone know if purchases made using gift cards might still be eligible?

    • +1

Can't use gift card to purchase online

  • +2

Excludes gst just fyi so not really 50% off. Still a welcome deal :)

    Also my purchase has tracked

    • How long did it take for your tracking?

      • Within 6 hours. Didn't check prior to that so can't be anymore specific. Soz.

      • +2

@magster Received email from TCB in 45 minutes that it tracked. Used PC and Chrome Incognito

    • -2

It actually does include GST because my purchase was $36.96 and I got $18.48 tracked.

      • +2

Not all products attract GST. In other words, your purchase doesn't or it was an error. Check you invoice.

        https://www.ato.gov.au/businesses-and-organisations/gst-exci…

        • Ohhh I didn’t know that, thanks! I purchased Nurofen.

          • -1

@I Smell Pennies: On the invoice, Priceline lists GST as Tax. My Tax has an amount and yours should be zero according to the rule below:

Unrestricted analgesic products, which will be in small packets, sold by pharmacies and other retailers such as supermarkets and convenience stores will only be GST-free if they:

            • contain one active ingredient (it must be aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen)
            • are intended to be taken by mouth.

GST applies to unrestricted analgesic products with more than one active ingredient.

      • Spent 40 and tracked in 18.xx. So either no gst or something else. Still a great deal though and tcb has been good to me so far

  • -1

Cashback excludes GST. Some items are exempted from GST and this would explain why some orders got the full 50% cashback.

My order was $42.78 with GST. Purchase amount tracked was $38.89 and cashback was $19.44.

T&Cs: Most retailers calculate the cashback based on the purchase amount excluding taxes and delivery charges. So if your cashback is slightly lower than expected, this will likely be why.
