Anyone know Scoopon phone number?

i got their $10 gift certificate, redeem the certificate and show use by 27 oct. then i purchase something today, on the checkout, it doesn't show the gift certificate. any one know their phone number? thanks

  • I had the same issue using the gc last night. I gave up trying after 2 minutes and cancelled the order!

  • I got the same email, all I did was register for the voucher and at checkout there's a redeem voucher (not sure if that's what it was called but close) button that pulls down to show your registered voucher, worked fine.

  • i got the same issue. it did not work. i placed an enquiry on 'Help'.

  • Brought a Fathers gift ( Shooting range voucher from my baby daugther to her father tired to make a booking but the shooting range was booked out in weekends the only time my Partner could go they kept advising to call back I asked the supplier for a scoop on contact number but they gave me an incorrect number I tried to contact Scoopon but heard nothing until the Voucher had expired they then refused to give a refund or credit :( .

      A business without a phone, is not a business that I will be using.

      • Not only no phone (which is mandatory for customer service), these Group Buy operators are "faceless", and make most of their taking by ripping off the consumers when they can't redeem vouchers (under very troublesome conditions)
        I'm surprised that the Authority still allows these Group Buy companies to operate as they have been doing.

          Thanks for your comment.

          In the event of a Deal Provider not honouring a Scoopon voucher when they should have, we'll always refund the customer - in full - for the Scoopon voucher they purchased. As we don't manage the redemption process, we need to be informed of such cases so we can take necessary action and investigate with the Deal Provider.

          The best way to be so informed would be to offer CUSTOMER SERVICE.

          At Scoopon, all of our Customer Service communication is conducted (ONLY) via email

          Offer a STREET ADDRESS (not your accountant's) for the service of legal notices and the delivery of 'certified' mail. Offer some direct contact - your email address, and some direct phone numbers.

          Get a phone number (several) so that customers CAN CONTACT your business.
