    That's one ingredient. The main costs come from; raw merino, spinning to yarn, turning to fabric, dyeing, cutting and sewing. And sure, you can get these cheap, but you get cheap in return. We ethically source our merino, pay out New Zealand supply chain ethical wages and still offer a quality product that's more affordable when compared to a like-for-like product.   Hi OP. Not sure how much market there is for it but for skiing I'm always looking for mens merino thermal bottoms that finish just below the knee (at same level as ski sock) so they don't overlap the sock inside the boot and create a pressure area - maybe an idea? I'd certainly buy some
