      I bought one of these for my sister's iPad 2, and I am sure that it doesn't have Magnetic On/Off.

    This is a pretty good case, but one thing that is different between these and the cygnett type is that on the cygnett type, it does protect all the edges of the ipad. With the experience of having the Vuscape, I would prefer the Cygnett one if only it wasn't glossy :p.
