Any Reliable Keychain Powerbanks? (2000mAh to 4000mAh)

Hi All,

Looking for a Fast Charge Keychain Power bank that charges at 18W minimum.

I would like the keychain power bank to at least give me half a full charge.

So, a 2000mah one then at 70% efficiency should be about 50% of the battery.
And a 4000mah one should then give me 1 charge.

Also willing to consider small pocket ones in the 5000mah range.

Budget is $30. I own an iPhone 12 for reference.

I didn't end up getting a new big battery phone as per my other forum post.

  • Keychain power bank? Damn how chunky is this keychain going to be?

    • I used to have an anker powercore one a few years ago and used it to top up my iphone 8.

  • Stick to a reputable brand - Maybe this Anker Nano Power Bank?

As it's an iPhone, you could also consider a Magsafe power bank which may be more pocketable.

    • I have a shockproof case on my iphone as im quite clumsy with it, I've tested a few of these types before and they don't fit unless I take the case off.

      • Magsafe option if compatible? Should result in the least damage to the iPhone if you do drop it.

Otherwise, there is a Anker PowerCore 5000mAh but it doesn't look to be available in Australia

        • I'd get it even if it wasn't on a keychain but looks like can't get it through amazon.

  • I bought one from Kmart. It doesn't last long but still works, a bit more chunky than a keychain, it's more of a pocket-size battery pack

    • Looks like it charges at 10W

  • You could have just bought a better phone.

  • Doubt you'll find any reputable 'keychain' powerbank that does 18W charging especially at $30.

Most are a minimum of 5k mAh and 'pocket size'.

    • I can do 5000 mah 18w for under $30 - please link

  • Go for a small 10k one, you won't regret it.

Wait for a deal like this

    • i've got several of those - but I leave them in the car, in my drawer at work or in my bag etc.

Looking for something smaller to keep on me at all times.

  • Here some example of keychain/smaill power bank, but most are outside your budget or difficult to obtain in Australia.

    • Dang $54 + Shipping for 2000mah

      • Yeah these small power bank are usually overpriced, as they are a speciality product targeted at people that's willing to spend.
