Sydney Symphony is on OzBargin now :D hopefully means lots more good deals to come from you guys :D

  • Does "A reserves" means far back right corner?

    • I think your seeing A Box,

Each seating section has a rating depending on its 'value' A Reserves are in almost every section, when u select the seating area it shows the different colour charts for each seat rating.

The A seating isn't too bad depending which location your in and where you prefer to sit

  • still remember $25 A reserve ticket couple years ago…

  • Bollocks.. I just bought these at full price on Saturday.. anyone know if I can return and rebuy using this?

  • If only the website worked. Grr.

Please note that the offer is only valid for the Saturday 3 November 7pm concert only. The website won't let you buy discounted tickets for the other 2 performances.

    • Gah. Totally missed that. It'd be an idea to space your para out so that the important info is blatantly visible, even to the carelessly blind.

  • What about a discount code for Family Tickets ?

    • Family tickets are $199 + booking fees (2 adults + 2 children, C Reserve). Unfortunately they are only available via Sydney Symphony's Box Office on (02) 8215 4600 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.

  • Two Bought, Adults at a Pixar show, Nothing wrong with that.

Wish it came to Brisbane. Sadface.

  • Can't seem to add tickets. Has the offer run out?

  • Keep getting "An error occurred when trying to add this seat. Please try again."

EDIT: Switched to Internet Explorer from Chrome and it worked perfectly! Huzzah!! Awesome deal, thanks OP! :)

    • More likely someone else in the process of choosing that particular seat.
You can try other seats or keep trying the ones you want as it may be released by the other customers (as typically savvy customers select tickets… then work to select better seats…. thus releasing previously selected tickets; which may be the ones you are after).

      heh, clear as mud.

Anyways, I just bought 2 half price tickets.

    • me too!! so annoying!!!

btw, chrome doesn't work for me neither….

  • Whoaaa.. Get a premium seating second row for a little bit more than Movie Ticket price. Big Plus for me.

  • I have managed to secure one seat, but it wont let me grab the one right next to it… and ive got another 28 mins before the one ive secured expires. help please.

  • I tried choosing the upper circle and applied the code but doesn't give me any discount.. any idea why?

    • ..because the upper circle has only B, C and D reserve tickets; whereas this deal requires premium or A reserve.

  • Nice…. 2 tix for 50 +8!!

Website is a little dodgy but worked eventually.

When you select a SEAT make sure it comes up with the 2 for one option in the pricelist to get the discount.

Also some seats don't work (error) even though they show up as available, presumably because someone else is trying to book and it's locked.

  • their website is hopeless….keep getting error while selecting seats…finally got the seats then error during payment….

  • Loading…………………..

I gave up using chrome and went to IE and it worked first time.

  • it should have nothing to do with the browser. i was using firefox then switch to IE and then chrome, still got errors. then back to firefox, got the seats but then error during check out…so i'm still trying…
like the others said above, the seats probably already picked but still showing available in the system, it really sucks….

Wow, what a terrible website… been trying to add tickets for an hour, no luck. Awful.

    • Ive trying since my first post 15hours and 12 min ago! and still not working.

what a useless site..tried for 2 days…doesn't work..thumbs down to sydneysymphony for this!!

  • is the offer over? it doesnt work for me either.. tried IE, doesnt work

Rep, the above comments about the website not working are not to be taken lightly, to be honest. I've been tempted by the beatles concert but my inability to order via your website has cost you that income.

    Hope you're still watching.

  • Thanks OP.
Back from the Opera House. Great show.
