This is my first post on ozbargain and am hoping someone can help me. Planning to stay at sofitel Bali Nusa Dua December 7th to 14th in either a luxury room with plunge pool or pool access.
Could someone let me know if they can see availability for a free night during those dates and the accor plus price for the room class? I am not sure how the free room works when not booking cheapest room class.
Is it worthwhile my wife and I both signing up to get 2 free nights?

A week in Nusa Dua is a long time imo.
The value for you would be in the benefits such as discounted dining for a year. So something you'll need to decide.

What are the gift cards for if the night is free? In general gift cards cannot be used for online prepaid rates. Gift cards can only be used for rates which allow you to pay at the hotel when checking out.

You haven’t said when and from what I recall Coffs Harbour has lower end Accor hotels so wouldn’t be good use of stays plus.

I can see it's about $2200 (inc.tax/service) for 6 nights on public member rate, or ~$2400 for 7 nights. which means Accor plus might not be worth signing up for if it all cost about the same at the end.
It was all inclusive. I can’t check again as I have now used my stays plus for a January booking where I got a hotel that best rate was $680 for $40.
Hotel pricing is dynamic and can vary bit even day to day. Accor plus for 7 nights (without stays plus) is $2218 including breakfast.
We find we get value out of combination of the stays plus night, the additional discount on the standard member rate (generally at least 5% but often more) and the dining discounts.

I just signed up Accor plus with the Philippines deal.
Hill St I thought is more central and a bit closer to all the tourist sites. We won't be spending too much time for shopping malls so orchard rd is maybe a quick visit at most.
Plus Hill St. rooms has a fold out sofa bed that our 10y.o can sleep on.

I’ve used my stays plus so can’t check, but the rooms including breakfast are currently around $100 a night for the 1st 2 nights and then about $130 for the others so probably wouldn’t be a good use of a stays plus night.
Agree with Wac.. even the Premier Village by Accor is only about $250 a night.
I’m getting $363 for 4 nights at Movenpick without breakfast, you might want to consider breakfast because there’s not much in the area. It’s $450 with breakfast.
With Phu Quoc, we ate at the resort a lot (stayed at the Movenpick Villas), so the Accor Plus discount came in handy.
But to answer your question, it’s available at all Accor hotels besides Movenpick Villas (which is different to Movenpick Waverly (but located within the same compound)
