Same here but that price was still cheap compared to the normal price. For some ridiculous reason, it couldn't be shipped to my address but it could to my partners which is 20 minutes away and we're both in the suburbs. Bloody Amazon still does weird stuff like that at times.
How often do you guys run the cleaning cycle on these? Every week? When things get itchy?
I’m usually once a week, you can also use the little brush to clean it out every other day if you want to take longer
I am thinking to use every day. Not sure if it hurts the shaver.
You can’t really over clean it, but Ben the machine won’t tell you to clean it every day. Would also get quite expensive using the cleaner every day
Now that I'm retired, I don't have to shave every day. I shave maybe twice a week now so run it after every shave as there's a lot of hair in there!
I shave every day, clean the head with a brush after every shave and use this every couple of days. Also use the shaver spray from Shaver Shop before every shave.
I run it after every shave, I k ow you don’t have to but find my skin gets irritated or ingrows more frequently if not clean for each shave
My cleaning fluid cartridges last a very long time, because I take the shaver foil off to quickly rinse off the hair before putting it through a cleaning cycle. Then I put it through the cleaning cycle. Once the cleaning is done, I cap the cartridge, leaving the cleaning station at its raised/open height. This way, I can run a cleaning cycle every few days if I want to and the fluid stays relatively clean and doesn't evaporate away.
I was doing this too. Now I've taken it to the next level by cleaning the foil in ultrasonic cleaner before the cleaning cycle. The liquid stays blue for a lot longer.
An ultrasonic cleaner is overkill but I use it for cleaning aligners and bike parts.
On mine the display has 6 pips for hygiene, I shave daily and it usually goes down 2 pips each day, so I just do it when it gets to the bottom
Every 3 to 6 months when the shaver tells me to run it.
I do remove the foil and clean with the brush after every shave so it doesnt get clogged with hair etc.
Before I stopped using mine I did it every week/fortnight (I didnt shave every day and stopped using it as I got rashes as have really sensitive skin)

Just need to find a 500ml bottle of isopropyl , 70% or better. Bunnings is the worst price it seems with this approach.
Can you just use it to charge and not wash? I press the button and it washes everytime.. it also says I can select wash intensity, but I am unsure how. The instructions are less than helpful.
Charging starts the moment you place the shaver in the "SmartCare Center". Pressing the button starts the cleaning cycle, you don't need to press the button to charge it.
