RM Williams Boot - Swapping Size in Store

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever bought a RM Williams online through Myer / David Jones / The Iconic and swap the size in store?
Do you swap it straight to RM Williams or can you change it with Myer / David Jones if you got it from them?

Edit 1:
Called up the store and was told that they are not able to swap it.
Called up RM Williams (number through Facebook) and was told able to swap it to their stockist and was confirmed they Myer One / Online is one of their stockist

      One of the RM Williams store said that I have to get back to where I got them from

    As long as it's in perfect condition and still in store it's in their policy to exchange them. I've done it three times

    I’ve been rejected before (was hoping to swap G to H of the same size, bought from Iconic).
    I think it depends on the staff member.

    Most clothes/shoes I have bought online come with a return/exchange in the parcel, usually on the packing slip.

      Never bought RM on Myer before so not sure if this is eligible for exchange, especially when they are on sale.

    LOL You expect a store that didn't make the sale to swap it over for you? Yeah nah, RM Williams is rightly ok to say no. Head back to the store you purchased from and ask them.

      guessing they were purchased with an element of cashback and OP trying to avoid that being nullified

        yeah nah, didnt use the cashback (I remembered the cashback after I purchased it).

      To be fair, there are some cases where they have done it before. But just want to get hear from people in here.

    Ymmv. I swapped mine in one of rmw less busy store (Macquarie center) swapped from 9G to 9.5G.
    When another sales team attend to me, he mentioned that is a no no but just do it as the other guy already did it for me as the 9.5G was a bit too tight for me and i swap to 9.5H.

    A friend wanted to do the same in their Sydney city shop and got a straight no.
