Just wondering how do people get alerts for their automotive supplies. Does any price watcher exists? Or is there any way to add products to watchlist/favourites in these stores apps. How are others finding their needed oils/filters and other stuff.

eBay - the Sparesbox ebay store usually offers free postage vs paid on their website, and if you add an item to your watchlist you'll get notified when the price drops.
