Gaming Desktop PC to Play The Sims

My wife has always liked playing the sims but her laptops she's had over the years always struggle to let her play the game properly.

Just wondering what are some desktop pc options that I could look at buying that will be good enough for her to play the sims on?

I'm not a big gamer or know what tech the pc needs to make the sims work on it properly so hoping for some help.

Price range would ideally be under $1500.

  with a 4060 I could even see the $888 one running the sims 4 just fine. its not a demanding game at all and i've got friends running it at 4k maxed out settings on a GTX 1080 lol.

As above. The Sims is not a demanding game, so any desktop (or even a laptop with dedicated Graphics card) should do the job fine.
