I have never seen a Video Ezy in Perth that stocked PC games. Hell, even any decent selection of console games.
I had my heart set on the OzGameshop 'Far Cry 3 Insane edition' for $54. But $25 for the standard version it pretty bloody good, even if it is overseas stock. Can I live without the extra stuff????

i bought 1 game from wowhd and it was a good experience, the game i bought was syndicate on ps3, took like the usual week or so to get here.

these game prices are not in store. these games are unlikely to ship on time when released. people will receive any version that's cheap and not what was shown. people have been warned about wow before - today they are even worse. good luck getting your gear - but if you dont well may be you should have checked wow hd out because this ain't anything to do with local video ezy - its just a portal to a different business - yeah neg me to hell for telling the truth.
yea I sort of wish I knew that before making the purchase, but some games are a few dollars cheaper at the videoezy online store so im thinking maybe wowhd sources out some stock to videoezy and videoezy are undercutting them? im sure hundreds of stuff were bought from videoezy since this post, and if they screw this up then im sure people will be reluctant to make any future purchases with them. I just really hate how they take your money upfront though…..all the games I bought are released in an entire month

oh great…pre-ordered medal of honor warfighter…and its on backorder…expected to ship within 7-10 days…not sure if its working days…but if it is then it wont ship for at least 2 weeks….then from that 2 weeks then count delivery time for it to come to my house….
It's the same with other UK sites like ozgameshop or zavvi, usually 1-2 weeks, sometimes up to a month but when the amount you're saving when compared to buying from eB, jb hi fi ect. is a huge difference, then I'd say the wait is a small price to pay.
with ozgameshop it dispatches in 24 hours of my purchase, and it takes the usualy 5-10 working days, i just hoped that maybe videoezy had the game in stock or at least not an entire week after release date, like how dungeoncrawl sends out their games. Doom 3 BFG edition for dispatched today though even though it says 7-10 working days so lets hope that 7-10 working days is just a guestimate.

Hi all, just recieved my games, as expected the games are outsourced from Hong Kong, it's the way retailers operate these days to cut costs and make profits, but rest assured the games are genuine and the cd keys register with Steam. Even though the sale is over, I hope this info will help in future decisions on purchases made from video ezy.

It is - they are apparently just really on the ball. I'm not sure how long shipping takes from NZ but I would estimate the game will get to my door only two or three days after release.

well the site says all australian orders are sent by australia post, i bought a lot of things from hong kong and things tend to always get lost in transit or really really delayed.

pity though, it's an awesome price.. but i didn't want to wait any longer to play
all of my games i ordered arrived, considering shipping is from hong kong it actually arrived really fast, i ordered final fantasy theatrhythm which dispatched 29th October and it arrived on 2nd of November, very impressed. Although Medal of Honor warfighter arrived yesterday(8th of November) , the game was released 26th of October, so that was a little longer of a wait. If they continue having sales then I recommend only buying games that are in stock and usually ship within 24 hours.

And I will be purchasing from them again, given the right price. So far, the only problem I've had with them was Halo 4 being back-ordered. My Dishonored was dispatched within 24 hours of ordering, and my Hitman: Absolution was marked as dispatched yesterday (released today). They must only have problems fulfilling high profile console-game orders.

no i've not received mine yet and i'm leaving the country for holiday tomorrow! it's frustrating because i've could bought another copy, even for a higher price, but i can't now because it may be on the way (it has been for 3 weeks!). i'm looking to get a full refund by the end of this week if it's not here!
Mine actually arrived today. If it had arrived tomorrow instead it would have been exactly 4 weeks after the game was released that I received it, despite pre-ordering :(
