Got an S23+ 256GB + Galaxy Watch 6 for around $790 with the earbuds trade-in around end of October.
Amen Brother, got a S23U 512gb at $588 from Samsung with my trade-in Flip 4(trade-in hack from JB), happy days.
Even better! True ozbargainer
@animasoIa: Nah you got the way better deal. He only got $200 for a flip 4 and you got a galaxy watch.
Just had to check mine - S23+ 256GB + Galaxy 6 Watch for $724 - traded in an S21.
This is a terrible deal, even without knowing the S24 comes out in a few days.
S24 series will be introduced within a week. I say hold tiet if you can.
Well, you heard them!
From various sources, Australia may get the dud Exynos version!
IMO a substantial group of people will skip the S24 generation if this is true.
I despise Samsung's practice over the years of trying to shove inferior products into the Australian market. e.g. S21, S22, S23FE.Whoever negged - PROVE me wrong!
You're not wrong, it has literally happened
Yeah you had a negative earlier and I upvoted you, lol. It's literally the reason why I stuck with S23+ due to the SD chip when I started hearing rumours of S24 coming back to Exynos.
As we thought… cowards.
All ultras get the Snapdragon.
Haha if Samsung had their way they do Exynos to the entire world, but due to some legal implications they can't do that in some countries.
The newer Exynos aren't actually that bad (s22 exynos), yes they dont perform as well in terms of raw power as the snapdragons. However most normal users won't even notice the difference.Battery life are very similar in the later Exynos (which in previous iterations has been the primary reason why people complained so much).
It will always be a battle complaining like AMD vs Intel………
The similar battery life when comparing exynos and snapdragon back then was due to samsung being chosen to fabricate both chips and they werent that good. Snapdragon is using tsmc now and is significantly better.
@simontadaa: Exynos will still have a lot of stigma attached to it. I think this generation of exynos will be on par with the snapdragon gen 2.
the s22 series got the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in Australia
plus samsung flagship phone sales have been dismal, s24 might have huge discounts in the next couple of months.
This is a bad deal! Wait for S24!! 🤣
And yet you posted it?

These are going to get dumped when the S24 comes along this month.
Great phones nonetheless.
Got the 1TB version runs well! LOTS OF SPACE!
Up to 1TB, apparently
bad deal given current time
why is everyone commenting about this being a bad deal, but there is only one downvote?
There were more yesterday, so perhaps their negs got revoked?
Terrible deal
Bad deal, with the release of the s24, there are already deals made by phone carriers and on samsung's website. Yet its 1300?!
Am I missing something here?
S23+ at ~$1300 almost after a year?
A quick search indicates it has been easily under $1k.
With some crazy trade-in stacks it has been sub $800?
Fingers crossed for special trade/discount at 699 when S24+ drops
