On behalf of all OzBargainers, we appreciate being kept up to date about the fashion choices you do and don't make. Perhaps a chain email or newsletter for more frequent updates?
Yeah it's polyester…it's just fast fashion, it's not a deal it's just an inflated RRP.
Click and collect available too if you have stock nearby
Had no idea this was French connection, formerly fcuk hah. Is it under new owners? Style seems different.
pretty sure just a rebrand
M's gone
How big is large? M is gone
get the super sized one
Someone’s been making use of all the domino’s coupon codes from OzB.
Probably becauses only a twin would wear unison clothing, so the small sizes are sold out
It’s mostly polyester. The RRP was insanely inflated. This isn’t a bargain and I wouldn’t buy even at this price.
yeah totes not buying it
It doesn't even look good in the product video- it doesn't drape anything like a decent quality natural fibre jacket.
Which you wouldn't get for $200 anyway, but if it looks this bad in the product shots, it's going to wear like a plastic suit IRL.
Can someone explain why kids need to wear heavy arse leather shoes at school but no other time in their life?
When you have Nike, Asics etc who pump billions into r&d on footwear and protecting ones foot, yet don't sell these (profanity) cardboard boxes for shoes at any age group.
I still shop big kids size leather shoes for work.
Whilst I agree with your comment, this is a deal for a blazer.
Just to address the appeal to expertise/money there: Nike, Asics, et al. sell a majority of their footwear without a firm shank underneath the foot arch and therefore do not receive endorsement from experts (like podiatrists) for the majority of their shoes.
The ingredients for a well constructed shoe have been well known for a long time now, and are not necessarily difficult to deliver, but consistently, companies do not, because customers are none the wiser, and, frankly, most people buying these shoes don't use them for sports anyway.
I suppose the same can be said about food manufacturers, who spend hundreds of millions on capital and advertising and then go and use ingredients known to cause health issues.
leather isn't heavy, its the huge rubber soles. which is actually a good thing because light weight shoes are because that rubber sole is hollow. you will barely get a school year out of it. that heavy rubber sole will last you a very very long time. and if you got a real good pair of shoes that are goodyear welted, then it will last forever.
leather is more durable, if your child running around scuffs or rubs the top of the shoe, there is a hole. leather will take a lot longer to put a hole in, but you can also repair leather. you can't repair gym shoes.
also teaches your children to be productive members of society. hold some value. i love seeing the youth wearing shirt, tie, blazer, dress pants and dress shoes. they look really sharp and look like our future has some hope.
unlike america where you might only wear that on friday for chapel in private schools only. public school they wear whatever and they are shooting up schools, dropping out, selling drugs, getting pregnant, more then 2 genders, entitlement, etc….
its sad to know that most americans can't tie a tie.
too much freedom isn't always a good thing.
are all australians going to be future CEO of fortune 500 companies? probably not, but at least they got experience is dressing up like a respectable human being.
I'm thinking that most those 'heavy leather' kids' school shoes are not really leather though :/
They just refunded me. Large size.
