@SuBw00FeR: I am wondering if they decided/worked out that it's not economical to sell high quantity, low value items and they are better to bin them instead. Like 100 packets of chips at $1.50, shipping to 50 or 60 different people.
@frankymatty: Yeah, that's what I would do too, the same way they implement it (poorly/inconsistently) on regular items. Maybe too hard or maybe that will come in the future, if this is actually what is going on. I am just speculating and things could go back to normal.
@hamza23: I thought maybe they were doing end of year stocktake and they've pulled extra staff to do it all, or, updating their website on the Warehouse side to work better.

I recently ordered pomegranate juice from warehouse and they sent 1x1L instead 6L!? And I was charged 12$ something. Just wondering if anyone else faced this and if they managed to get any resolution for it.
Just use the amazon chat thing. Or raise an issue and they’ll prob refund it. Even if I’ve drunk it already.
If you're after a refund then issues with grocery items generally don't require you to reach out to a human.
You can just hit the return button in your order details, select the reason for the return and write a short comment about the issue.
Once you hit continue it should offer you a refund and tell you that you don't need to return the item. (Amazon doesn't accept returns for groceries, but will issue refunds.)
Tried but apparently I'm getting not qualified for change of mind when I do return. Tried picking all the available options for return and same result. I'll try your suggestion @WhyAmICommenting and see how I go. Cheers mate! Soz for hijacking the original post @hamza23 and all other subscribers.
@niravioli: You need to choose something like "inaccurate website description" or "missing parts/accessories" as the reason and I think it has to be submitted within 5 weeks of the delivery date.
@HomeAlone: Thanks all. Reached out to support via chat and they asked me to send a pic to prove it was 1L not 6L bottle. Done that and they said they'll process refund.

Hate trying to get to the help , as food stuff seems to have a looping of " tough luck", no refund or help.
I've previously tried to return / complain about utterly destroyed cans of soup ( non warehouse) and told not eligible for return or refund.
Just checked , not shipped yet , so cancelled. I've found it's troublesome to get refunds before.
All you needed to do was kindly remind them of their own policies and they'll refund you. All grocery items cannot be returned and the only remedy possible is refund/replacement.
