@7ekn00: This doesn't apply to the Android Chrome Browser.
As it doesn't support Chrome Web Store Extensions.
Similarly, you can't apply such a fix to an App.

@7ekn00: I did actually find that, and What's My IP shows that I'm in Turkey.
My Google account profile says I'm in Turkiye
But Play Store still shows me everything in AUD despite clearing data. Similarly, the Disney+ App still shows me the AUD monthly subscription price.
@ESEMCE: Because that is how the PlayStore and Disney+ App were setup …
VPN and WebRTC don't dictate account details, they are set the moment those accounts are created …

The guide indicates that a VPN isn't even necessary if the Google Account thinks it's a Turkiye account, but it's failing with or without VPN.
I didn't have Disney+ until I attempted to install it from this Turkiye account.
EDIT: Trying on Desktop, I can see Turkish pricing before signing in, but it switches to Aussie as soon as I sign in. There's something either broken with my Turkish account setup itself or Google have fixed the loophole that worked.
@7ekn00: Seems I've gotten a little further with a new account created under VPN.
BUT the Disney app never gets past the Splash screen. either with VPN on or off, on WiFi or on 4G, Cleared data in the app, just doesn't want to load any further. This sisn't happen with the Aussie version.
When I try to complete the registration it gives me error 83. Do you also have this error?

You need vpn and need to use while using it. Yes, you also need Indian number to activate device. There are ppl from that country willing to share subs. I am currently using it with no issues.

@dothack: I am not able to write a guide as I am sharing the subs with an ozbargainer for last 2 years. What I understand is you need 3 things:
1. An indian mobile number
2. An indian payment method
3. VPN that connects to indian server (for example express VPN)
I have an android tv where I had to find the app and download it. Then you are good to go.
To bypass all these I am just sharing it with a person on OZbargain who is from India :) I think he shares it with 4 ppl. Disney+ movies are available in 4k. However, all sports are in HD, but I don't mind.

iOs user here - I have had some trouble getting through to payment via Turgame because of the Ghostery extension on my safari browser app. I thought I had every VPN/proxy turned off but once I figured this out I was able to make the payment. I am now just waiting for the itunes card so I can pay for the Disney plus sub
