what about the Kmart ones linked above? a few options there for similar price that support TF/SDcard (some don't say "TF card" in spec, but clearly shows TF slot in picture next to port). I would probably choose the $5 one or the $15 one (but is that one on sale? no "previously was" price)

weird by the way why Target doesn't have free shipping with one pass. I purchased Wonderboom 3 for $64 a week ago and it showed as free shipping and I don't have one pass. (they even had a message after checkout that said, if we can't find stock at local store, we will find stock and ship it from another store free of charge - maybe it's because I signed up newsletter for $10 off??)
Target doesn't give you free shipping even with Onepass if it's on clearance.
The original version of these didn't turn themselves off after a period of inactivity, but this seems to be an updated model so that may have been fixed.
Kmart have some reduced to $10 as well.
This one looks the best - RGB Tower Speaker.
