    Very poor quality, poor design. Very expensive considering how bad this product is. Several of the bamboo shelves had splits in them running from the holes for the screws so not able to stabilise some shelves. The shelves are very thin, but the screws that come with it are quite large so assembling the shelf causes the bamboo to split further. The rack is very flimsy so not actually suitable for anything other than a light jacket and a few pairs of light shoes. Advertised as free standing, however trying to hang a winter coat or parker caused the rack to fall over. No brackets to attach to wall are included. Returns process is convoluted due to having to go through another store.

      Rough, luckily I only want it for more elevated shoebox room. Guessing the person had zero weight on the base and tried to hang a multiple kilo parker almost 1.5metres high. Hooks will be handy for my most used fedoras though and won't be a tipping risk.. 😅

      The review on Amazon seems to think of it as "high quality," though note the lack of stability for the top most rack. Might need to make sure you have some heavy boots on the bottom.
