        however, after adding a better CPU cooler, better PSU, up the RAM to 32gb, it'll come to $2,795.00
        so I guess $2599 can't get a proper RTX 4080 build.

      There's no mention of $125 cashback though. Just three levels of certification Steam gift cards. What am I missing?

        Oh you are able to get steam code worth $125 USD from the MSI portal once you register your product, this is what the cashback refers to :)
