Manufacturer refurbished - comes with a 12-month warranty from Eufy.

They are listed as grade C, however, multiple comments I've read have said the units they have received have been in perfect condition. The pair I bought last week also looked completely new.

  My experience with this model has been great, we use it through HomeKit (Apple). Battery lasts 4 - 6 months.

      No fees, 16gb storage on the HomeKit - so no need to pay for a subscription model.
      Very easy to setup.
