What's the difference between pole hedger vs pole trimmer?
One is for pruning while the other is for trimming hedges, if you click on the image you can clearly see the visual difference between the two tools.
Easiest way to describe it is the pole hedger has a small hedge trimmer on the end, the pole pruner has a small chainsaw.

I just found it even cheaper for $75 at Bunnings in Ashfield, NSW. There were only three left.
Finally set the pruner up to find out the chain oil isn't supplied. No other need for Bunnings today so the pruning can wait.
any recommendations on chain oil?

you don’t want to miss the 36v blower at $149. Not 1 but 2 batteries slowly working its way up the speed and volume however you like it, Excellent blow compare to the more junior barely legal 18v weekend companion.
