Off-kilter rapper continues to philosophize about culinary arts, digestive misadventures, and nourishment in general.
I have a few pressings of this, including the green & white, but I don't have this one.

God damnnit!
Telling all their business
This one goes out to all my peoples skippin' bail, dippin' jail, whippin' tail, and sippin' ale
someone likes experimental hip hop/breaks/electronica etc? …me too!
… and trip hop, DnB/jungle, garage, 2-step, industrial, dubstep (think burial not skrillex) etc
I was gonna post Death Grips - No Love Deep Web because of the album cover
very similar tastes…also a fan of triphop/downtempo, dnb, dub-house/tech, psytrance etc
always leaned towards the esoteric and instrumental stuff…
enjoying a lot of the giegling label atm since hearing them:
https://youtu.be/uDZ9yp76NSc?t=2
https://youtu.be/OU0Kr_uuhvE?t=2
https://youtu.be/cinoP81OVrA?t=2
I'm a bit rusty with genres, but the first 2 would be tech-house? No idea about the 3rd, it has a bit of everything.
The Giegling sound is a deeply alluring blend of micro house, dub techno and leftfield electronics, with artists like Dwig, Leafar Legov, Ateq, Edward and Kettenkarussell using minimal elements to create something grand.
a bit of a blend genres & sounds really. i like the fact its minimal and blends different elements of electronica into very fluid mixes
Have you fellas heard billy woods? He's probably my fav rapper in recent years, more lyrical in the same vein as DOOM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyYQcms0Shg
If you like Billy Woods and DOOM, you'll probably enjoy Moor Mother and MIKE too
@poppingtags: Thanks for the recc, I've listened to Moor Mother but not MIKE
@poppingtags: +1 for MIKE. Burning Desire has been his best release so far.
Maps was my AOTY, absolutely amazing (also copped the vinyl).
Just remember all caps when you spell the man’s name
Wow thank you! I’ve been trying to find this vinyl for ages
Thanks OP, grabbed one.
Ebay plus use code: HERE102P2KKYNX7M
Brings it to $49.44
Not sure if it's a one time code
Also, my last record purchased via rarewaves-outlet came damaged. They sent another copy and gave me the damaged one. Good service, sheit packaging.
I think that's a single-use voucher. I've bought dozens of records from this store and have never had any major issues. They have a huge selection and their prices are very competitive.
This pink/green vinyl is $120 on Amazon.
I might need to block your posts… they make me spend too much money.
Cheers!
Remember eBay Plus $5 off code if you have it!
Ive been trying for ages to find this code but I don't think it works with this item??
I had to use the second most recent code on my emails for some reason, but that seemed to do the trick!
Killer album. One of my fave DOOM albums.
Would buy if I didn’t already have this pressing.
RIP
this reminds me, i wish i had the skills to build a vinyl version of Booko. So hard trying yo find the best price on records.
I use the Zyft Chrome add on, and it does a pretty good job of giving me a buch of alternative prices.
RIP!
Was never gonna buy this (don't even have a turntable) but for $60 I was hoping the listing would have more than a low res clip art album cover. I like still like looking at nice things :_(
Never heard of this artist before. Rapp Snitch is so good.
Checkout Madvillainy, it might need a few spins before it clicks - but when it does, oh boy are you in for a treat! Dangerdoom and King Geedorah are great projects too, honestly his entire discography is amazing.
Thanks! Will go through one by one on my commute and runs.
both Viktor Vaughn albums are also amazing
@zsuetam: Vaudeville Villian is his best rapping IMO but the spacey electronic production is not for everyone.
The Mouse and the Mask- his coop with Danger Mouse. Fantastic stuff, "easy listening", and even better if you're a fan of the oughties Adult Swim stuff like Aqua Teen and Space Ghost.
Noob question here, is there a difference between different pressings (or colours, like this "Pink & Green Vinyl").
Is a pressing just a different edition, is the purpose merely collective? Or do you own multuple pressings like some in the comments, because you wear them off?
Different editions could have variations across quality of sound, the number of vinyl included + how many songs are included on each vinyl, the packaging (gatefold vs sleeve), special printing or artwork, different coloured vinyl, stickers, books, t-shirts and other included merch. All vinyl will eventually wear down, but it will take many, many spins before it does - owning multiple editions is almost entirely a pursuit for collectors and/or fans of the artist.
I just like the pretty colours
I've been a DOOM fan since high school (am now 37) and his passing was the first time the death of a celebrity actually really affected me.
I have noticed that posthumously there has been a considerable increase in his popularity, especially with the younger generation.
I can't explain how happy this makes me.
The rest is empty with no brain, but the clever nerd
The best MC with no chain ya ever heard
Thought it was Id DOOM
Straight to the torrents for this one
If there was ever an artist to support it was DOOM (now his estate/family). Artists need to eat as well.
Supposed to be checking emails
All I got is messages from ass naked females
I don't know a Jenny
She said it's free, and I won't owe her a penny
And that's the last time I saw her
But thousands of more horrors on online Gomorrah,
And Sodom, they got 'em with they curls out,
And they got a better sales pitch than the Girl Scouts
RIPRIPRIP man, this guy was a legend
+1 for a good deal. I have this same pressing (pink and green), I didn't realise it was so difficult to come by?
I also have Doomsday, Madvillainy, Viktor Vaughn and his Special Herbs records. RIP DOOM.
I don't think it's hard to come by, I was just vinyl shopping and didn't realise this version existed. It's $120 on Amazon so I searched ebay where there are multiple listings, and this was the cheapest.
Yeah, couldn't say no to that - it's my favorite DOOM album too. Ordered, thanks OP.
I'm guessing this vinyl doesn't have the original sample for Kookies? If it did that would be amazing.
Link for Original Sesame Street Sample
F@ck around, get the whole label sent down for years.
