Wall bracket for TCL 98" C745

I got the TCL 98" C745 which I need to wallmount.
I am getting these two options for similar price (eg HN one $100 from a sparky and $84 from Selby website).
Which bracket do you recommend? Thanks.

The selby one says it supports double the weight?
I have bought heaps from selby including my mount for my 75" Jeager TV which is probably a pretty heavy TV.
Very happy with everything that I have recieved from Selby and the speed that it arrives.

$100 from the sparky might be the way to go if you are getting the sparky to install. That way you would have more chance putting the blame on the sparky if anything went wrong.

Yep, the $16 could be very cheap insurance.

Where can we meet up for the swap? The bracket I've got is black.

I'd get the selby mount mainly due to its width. You could mount it across 3 studs rather than 2 for a bit of added security (if i remember correctly the TCL 98" weighs like 70 kg)

I am professional in this field and have installed over 1000 TVs. I use Selby brackets for all my installs have used the Selby bracket as per link by OP, on the TCL 98inch. Works like a charm. As someone else mentioned it spans over 3 studs. Although 2 is enough but doesnt hurt to get extra peace of mind. Hope it helps.

    • Usually how much we can expect from installer for such TV?

        Around $300-$350 incl bracket

        • What about feeding cables through plasterboard with insulation and potentially noggins behind it?

          • @Pusdi: yes included

            • @maximus117: That's quite reasonable. I was expecting around double. I wonder what sort of job JB Hi-fi do? (In Tas)

      • Airtasker it for $150
