    Mine shipped on Monday the 18th and arrived in country NSW on the 20th. Order was made late Friday.
    I did pay the extra $5 for express and happy I did.

      Depends where you live. My parcel locker delivery from 14/12 is still in transit, as are other orders to home. Auspost are very hit and miss here.

      I received mine. Why would the phones or chat be working during everyone's holidays? Wait until the 3rd, there'll be a small skeleton staff generally by then.

      Go to your local post office.
      Tracking number supplied was wrong and I couldn't track nor couldn't get in touch with clinique. Went to my LPO today and the parcel has been sitting there for over a week.
