    The problem with DX is they usually clear out a bunch of their good games right before dropping deals like this.
    I think I got the email for this two days ago and 3 of the 4 games I had in my cart were completely gone from their site.
    Also a lot of their prices for games seem to be higher than normal.
    But if you can get lucky, its not a bad offer.

                @Rybo5000: CBA have just open a dispute on my pre-orders dating back to last January, based on when goods were supposed to be delivered (Nov/dec) rather than when I payed, fingers crossed. I couldn’t do PayPal as it had been too long. Hope you have some luck getting reimbursed.

    Looks like they're going under.

    Owner has been blocking anyone who asks about pre-orders on Facebook, and has now locked down their profile and hidden their face from Facebook.

    Most products have disappeared.

    Support emails going unanswered.

    Disputing PayPal refund claims.

      Nathan's last communication with me was 20 Dec when I asked for invoices for the TRS. If only something can be done about the $250 in gift cards (if I can prove this promotion was held because he was planning to take it under, which I had no idea about, it was a bit too good to be true, the tiniest hint was that pick-up from Artarmon was no longer available) I received. At least I received all my orders.

      My order got refunded via PayPal. I noticed they removed all preorders and games the other day… It's very suspicious.
      I haven't heard back a response from them via email earlier this week.

        Yeah I noticed this too. I also contacted them with no response. Glad you had luck with PayPal, 2 of my orders are over 180 days so I’m not sure I’ll get anything back.

    Currently DX seems to have gone bust and there is a forum already for this.

    Already raised a case with ACCC since it seems like none of our pending orders will be fulfilled, socials have been deleted and site is down, suggest those affected do the same. Start Paypal disputes and get Paypal to step in for a forced refund for the orders that you can. Do CC chargebacks/contact CC company/contact CC Fraud division and claim what you can asap. Keep all email communications and proof of all orders to provide for all claims made.

    ACCC claims do work against fraudsters like this but it will take some time. Goodluck to all of us involved in this debacle.
