Hi team. My son wants his first remote control car/truck, budget up to $200. Something easy to use and rugged would be the pressing requirements. Any tips on where to look or what to buy appreciated.

I did. It was a blast.
got one for my son as he loves monster jam, can confirm will run in the pool without issues.
battery internal and has usb built in to charge, get a good amount of run time AND will not hurt the ankles.

my 3yo had these. lasted 9monthd. then gears got stripped. bought spare parts from AliExpress. but the spare parts are crap. wheels fall off. ecu dies. drive shaft pops off
