“Businesses can’t take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It’s illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights. For example, policies which say ‘no refunds’ or ‘no refunds or exchanges on sale items’.”

Thanks for sharing. Australian consumer law is much better than many other countries. 👍

    • The policy is clearly referring to change of mind returns or exchanges. Hence the word return and not refund. If you'd checked the site this would be obvious.

ACCC rights refer to faulty products, there is no law that says businesses need to allow change of mind returns. Not allowing returns on sale/clearance is pretty standard practice at many stores.

I can vouch for these guys, they are a legit retailer (same company as up there store) with a physical store in Melbourne CBD who know their stuff.

  • sketchy website.

  • damn it, no size 14

Thanks OP, shipping is a bit steep but for a decently reviewed shoe to rack up some k's on it's not a bad deal so I've picked up the last US10.

  • Power walkers in their early 80's reckon these are great !
