Seen numerous complaints from people in Facebook groups regarding buying any of these products from Amazon AU.
They come sealed though. If it's sealed there shouldn't be any issue. But quality issues can happen anywhere. Seen a few reports even from EBGames purchases where all the promo cards were missing.
People find ways to get around it. There's no guarantee.
All you need is packaging shrink wrap, heat sealer and heat gun…
I think it's also people abusing the return system, when they don't get any hits on a box.
Do they just weigh the packs, replace them and send the box back?
People do different things with them. Sometime fake weights, sometimes they put their bulk cards in them.
Weighing packs is not really viable anymore. Pokemon Company put in code cards which vary in thickness to offset the weight of packs.
I tested this myself too, I bought a bunch of 151 booster packs and weighed a few packs they were all around the same weight. Ones that were a few grams heavier were nothing special

@cumova: What he means is that they're made of a special Helium which actually makes cards float when you try to weigh them. Any attempt to weigh packs, causes the cards to float away from the scales.

If you purchase this film yourself opening it, people have been missing the promo cards from their boxes and without evidence you'll struggle to make a case for yourself.
The OP community have recently had a restock of Booster boxes in Big W / Amazon and some people have opened their cases to see the cards have been replaced with Digimon cards lol.

It's kinda hard to detect if its been slightly opened once its been re-shrink wrapped.
I'm on a few FB pages for One Piece and people have posted videos of them opening boxes and you really can't tell until they crack it fully open.

Yup my Amazon US order of 2x boxes were both opened and tampered with.
Mew promos were gone and all packs were open and bulk left behind.
Returned this morning and already got my refund.
That's so crap! The tampering is almost as bad as when the PS5 units were replaced with bags of rice..

I only opened one box the contacted Amazon.
The shrink wrapping was hard plastic unlike the soft plastic the boxes usually come in. So I was suss before I even opened it.
