Zero Day Code: the complete trilogy: Includes Fail State & American Kill Switch (End of Days)
John Birmingham, one of Australia’s best authors (IMHO) has the complete Zero Day Code trilogy for free on Kindle!

Oh, thank you for the info!
good tip
Wait, this is the same guy that wrote He Died with a Felafel in His Hand like 30 years ago!??
Did not even know he was still writing!
Yep! Has an excellent Sci-fi book, 3rd in the trilogy, releasing next year. The Cruel Stars, check it out!
I read that at the time then forgot about John.
Fast forward 20odd years, find Weapons of Choice: World War 2.1 in a book shop in Cairns where I was on holiday - devoured all three books before I got back home.
Five years later, Disappearance series - loved it.

He has quite a few books from the last 15 or so years that are worth reading.
Nice, have already listened to them on Audible, but appreciate anything John Birmingham.
Reading World War 3.1 at the moment.
Loved them on audible, very glad I've got this to reread over summer
Yeah, likewise. They were an easy listen.
Loved 'Mr. Gumpy's Motor Car'.
Unreadable. The self insert is so grating and transparent i couldnt continue from the secind hand embarassment.
WTF are you on about you weirdo?
Probably written by someone other than the author.
I really enjoyed these on audible. Have listened to the series twice
Worked for me on Amazon au. Thanks.

These were great
Read these books a while ago. Can recommend. One negative though, in the first book he pulls you out of the story by going to random characters in other places in the world never to be mentioned again. These were not necessary and he did not do this in the other books in the series.
damn,they are gone
If by chance you are a Prime Member, you can still read for free.
For me : not available on .com.au but changing it to the US site (removing the au) works. Thanks OP
