I am going to Oman soon and from what I researched, transport is quite more so important (not that easy to get around places/outside Muscat; renting a car is best suggested) so this definitely would be a hindrance IMO unless you want to $$ for the additional

It appears to be aimed at people who home school and are looking for someone to organise a holiday that has 'educational' expriences.
Families who are eligible for NDIS funding may be able to claim part or all of the cost.
Claiming from the NDIS for an overseas holiday just sounds dodgy.
