    Let’s find out if their wings are better than ph’s. I tried ‘traditional’ wings last time at ph, they are not battered, which is way nicer, but there is a strange after taste. Hope domino’s tastes normal (not even going for delicious at this stage, just normal would do).

    anyone else had tracking issues where the % is less than it should be? I did a $12 order, yet the 70% ($8.25) and 30% WP bonus ($3.60) was only a total of $11.85. It is for pick up tomorrow…no surcharges etc. I thought the 70% should have been $8.40, which would have been the $12

      Yes.
      My $13 order tracked as $8.94 instead of $9.10 (70%) yet the Westpac part tracked correctly at $3.90 (= 30%).
      Ahh well, I'm still very happy with my 16c lunch!

      Hmm yeah, not sure what is going on. I can't backwards calculate how my earnings show.

      But my cashback was close enough to my order of $13.80 when I add both SB and WP together.

              It seems ShopBack have reviewed and corrected it behind the scenes.

      Yea, got a $13,8 order. Very minimal but Shopback cashback tracked at $9,49 instead of $9,66. Westpac was the right amount.

      Tried to figure if it was a GST or anything else but no detail on the receipt. Basically tracked at 68,8% instead of 70%

      I just ate mine. It is … meh. 5/10. Toppings were sparse. BBQ sauce way too overpowering.

      I haven't had Doms for ages. So much PH lately. And this was smaller than a PH traditional base pizza. In my opinion, Doms vs PH they are both pretty much the same, pretty crappy quality that I joke "is it really even food" and I only eat PH when free.

        Yeh similar here - ordered last week through Shopback on my iPhone and it tracked instantly, today did it through PC and nothing yet. I'm sure it'll be tracked with a claim but still hoping it pops up before that

    Is it normal for the Westpac Bonus to track later? The 70% Standard Cashback tracked within an hour but it has been about 3 hours since I placed the order and the Westpac bonus hasn't tracked yet..

      Usually Westpac bonus has tracked at the same time as the standard cashback and I regularly buy my liquor with WP bonus cashback too. Since Dominos is new to Cashrewards and Shopback there has been some issues with tracking. Hope its fixed soon.

    Good deal. Haven’t had dominos in a while and it was meh. Nearly broke a tooth on an olive pit and they forgot the feta crumble on vegorama pizza. Sad, bland and tiny pizzas. Pizza Hut is much better if you have a good store nearby.

    Normal + Westpac tracked after two hours.

    I got $10 SB plus $6.30 Westpac. The invoice for two premium pizzas for Tues was $21 but the ShopBack bonus of $2 means they only cost me $2.70 in total. Amazing value. Thanks OP.

    Didn't track for me either. (I successfully use SB all the time and am very careful about ensuring eligibility.) I've lodged a missing cashback enquiry, but had almost zero success doing this in the past, so assume I'll be declined.

    As a software developer, I've concluded that basically what's happening is: someone's system has bugs (could be the vendor, could be SB, not sure), the customer gets blamed when things don't work, therefore the customer gets stiffed. Reminds me of when I first tried getting a Pizza Hut cashback. Paid using a credit card, purchase wasn't tracked, missing cashback was declined. It was only after a while that people figured out that PH doesn't track properly unless you pay via Paypal (clearly a PH problem). I actually paid for my Domino's using Paypal, hoping it would be more likely to work, but it seems not.

    Unless someone on OzB cracks the secret to successful tracking, I simply avoid vendors who've burnt me in the past. E.g. I tried a new vendor during the Black Friday sales, and had a $30 cashback not tracked/declined, so will never use them again. Domino's might be about to join that list. That's a shame but, fortunately, Pizza Hut has regular deals and always tracks (when you pay via Paypal!)
