  • Hey OP. I've been looking for something like this that is light, but can attach to a pole. Can't find any photos of the end of the handle. I'm guessing it's solid, but was hoping for something hollow you could slot a pole into. Any ideas how you could attach a pole to one of these? Thanks.

    • So you've gone from a handheld toy to a $1700 polesaw pruner… I don't think so…

      • I don't need a polesaw. What I need trimming is pretty thin, and fairly high. Thus something like this 'toy' may suffice.

In doing a bit more research, something like this from Bosch could work perhaps.

  • +1

I remember using this kind of thing as a kid when my dad made me "weed" the lawn - basically trimming the clover patches. Makes even less sense today than it did back then.

  • Landfill.
My mother has a similar looking Bosch Green 7.2V and that is so gutless it is barely faster than hand clipping.
This at only 4V would likely run even slower and get jammed on even thinner twigs to the point of being useless.

Good for cutting grass, if you're currently using a pair of scissors

  • This is junk as mentioned above by ESEMCE. Agree that 4V would be hopeless & the whole design is useless as well.
