Easier way:
Have one main account with all the playlists.
Open a bunch of secondary accounts and just add these as collaborators so they can add songs to the playlist.
I doubt it's going to really verify the card too much, you could probably use a prepaid one.

Turns out yes, yes they do
My first time using Revolut. FYI, Revolut created both a Mastercard and a Visa. The Mastercard didn't work but the Visa worked fine.
