Some special deals at times are one offs

If you don't know what 'i.e' means, then don't use it.

  • Anyone using a G600? Thinking of picking one up for gw2.

    • Nvm, bought one anyway :)

      • The OzBargain way.

  • Is the ps3 harmony adaptor going to go on sale? :)

  • +2

    Awesome BargainCrypt - my 40th birthday next week, I think I'll get a G510….

    Keep up the good work…

  • +1

Whoa, $100 for 'diNovo Edge' is an absolute bargain!

I purchased 20 of these for $300 each over 4 years ago as part of a new office fitout and put them into Meeting Rooms. They have been absolute rock solid performers since the day they were unpacked and have copped a hell of a beating from 500+ staff during that period too but they ALL still work perfectly. Since then I've bought one for each of my home PCs/Servers/HTPCs and have then bought one for all my family & friends and they are also still working flawlessly.

If you're after a sleek wireless/Bluetooth keyboard for your PC, Server or HTPC setup for $100 I can't recommend the 'diNovo Edge' highly enough.

    • We have these at work and I admit I like them and want one, but how can $100 for a keyboard ever be a bargain?

      • its a bargain when logitech themselves sell the same keyboard for $224.96

      • Magoo… should I know you?

    • +1

Torn between the diNovo Edge and diNovo Mini for a HTPC…any suggestions?

I do like a full size keyboard but are the Edge keys backlit?

EDIT: Actually, the K400 seems more OzBargain-ish.

      • 'Edge' keys are not backlit on the 40+ units I've purchased over the last few years so I assume they still aren't. Still a great unit tho and perfect for HT work… just not backlit.

    • +2

Since you've bought so many Steve how about buying one for me too? 8 )

      • Ha, yeah. Not sure how I'd explain that to the boss :P Sorry cornbeef.

        • Damn, thanks for acknowledging me. I thought you were the boss!

You got one for magoo that's all…

        • Erm, who said I got one for Magoo? I definitely did not. I just thought he may work in my office that's all because I rolled out a heap of them 4+ years ago.

        • yeh remember that little bald bloke with the funny voice at the desk over near the window?

you yourself intimated just yesterday at lunch time that maybe 'you should know him'

and notice how he has gone quiet here on OZB? and was he at work today?

the plot seems to thinnen is all I'm saying.

  • what's the shipping price for z906? Location: Chatswood, NSW 2067

    • +2

$299 is the price for the Z906 INCLUDING delivery… bargain

      • +1

wow….bargain indeed. Thx for prompt reply.

      Logitech Speaker System Z906 $299.00

Given Livert went to all the effort of posting this with all the individual links, it shouldn't be too big an effort to spend 10 seconds looking before asking such questions. Especially if you are really considering buying it, going to the site is pretty much a requirement.

    • And it also says free shipping in top line of the post description.

      • +3

To be fair, I only added that after he asked the question :P

  • +4

wish the ultrathins were $35 again.

    • Yeah.. i got excited for a second.. then ohhh… lets keep waiting..
      anybody hearing us?? :)

  • Thanks. Got a m555b bluetooth mouse. Would be needing it when FM2013 comes out :D

  • Damn you OzBargain! I just bought another diNovo Edge for myself… and I don't even have $100 in my PayPal account! Lucky for me I know I'll get paid before the automated PayPal system catches up :)

  • If the Z506 is back to the lowest price ($49) - I'm getting one :)

  • Hmm… to wait for the UE Mobile Boombox, or to get a Mini Boombox now?

It looks like the UE Mobile Boombox is still a speakerphone, but seems seems to lack the prev/next track controls that the Mini Boombox has.

On the other hand, $100 is a steal for the diNovo Edge! I bought it for $160 in an LTS sale last year, and I thought that was a bargain!

    • From what I've read, there isn't much difference at all between the Mini Boombox and the UE Mobile Boombox.

I ended up getting the Mini Boombox.

  • good find mate, went to OfficeWorks and picked up a K750 keyboard for price match and extra 5% off = $57.

  • ordered some stuff from Fluidtek but also got some stuff from OW for 5% off.
    thanks.

OW girl thought the C920 was "cheap".

  • +1

Signed up just to say a big thank you. Ended up ordering the G600 mouse, a replacement G35 for my current ones which are old and tatty and the Z506 speakers. Money damn well spent.

    • +1

      Welcome and thanks!

  • When does the sale end? I'm waiting for my pay from work so I can start buying >_<

  • Logitech Kinetik 15.4 Briefcase?

  • Good work on your list Livert and thanks for the broad range of bargains BC.

I'm debating the g510 gaming keyboard with myself (not the masses - just the split P) but unsure what I would do with all those keys!

  • how about Z623?

  • Can you guys gets the Logitech N200 Cooling Pad?

  • I have G35, anybody considering a gaming/voip headset with microphone this is a great deal.

  • Any chance for the ultimate ears triplefi to be on sale?

  • +2

    Just picked up K400 Keyboard/Touchpad .

    Great Post!

  • +5

    where is G27 wheel :/

    • looking for G27 as well!

  • Does anyone know how they handle the warranty? I know that we have to shop the faulty products back to them but the point is who will be responsible for the shipping cost?

    • Generally the consumer is responsible for shipping back to the retailer, then they ship it back to you.

Least thats how every RMA i have done works (some exceptions from some retailers of course)

    • +2

If it just costs you a stamp to do it, then it is OK.

But think about it, if it is going to cost you a fortune ($50) to send back something, say a speaker, that weighs 20kg, would you still be happy to say that it is your responsibility anymore? Then it effectively is that you pay big $$$ for the fault that is not yours. I know it is not the their (the retailer)fault as well, but according to the Australian Consumer Law, retailers have the right to claim any costs associated with warranty from the manufacturers.

The RMA I have done with COTD is with reply paid address, so I dont have to pay. I have recently sent back a pack of heavy drivers and they do COD postage.

So, what do you say about the Logitechshop policy on warranty?

      • +1

Ive had to RMA something, logitechshop makes you pay for shipping

  • That Harmony Touch Remote mentioned in the comments on the first page looks cool.

Are they available yet BC, if so any chance of a deal, I'd love to try one.

  • diNovo Edge cheaper @ COD http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/81692
Any chance of price matching b4 I buy it from COD?

    • +1

1 year warranty from COTD vs 3 year logitech warranty via LTS, keep that in mind.

      • -1

3 year mananufacturer's warranty according to Logitech

"No Logitech dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty."

Therefore COD is not authorised to modify it from 3 to 1 year. Probably they made a mistake in the description.

        • Remember though COTD is imported grey stock, not Australian stock like LTS.

        • -2

Same warranty provider worldwide !! Their customer service is superb, this not Samsung and their cheap warranty service. That's another reason to by Logitech, becuase they're going to honour their warranty.
          "Warranty provider

This warranty is provided by Logitech International SA, Rue de Sablon 2-4, CH-1110 Morges, Switzerland (telephone:+41(0)21-863-5111)"

Also, are you assuming stock sold by COTD is not Australian or is it in the item description ?

Note aside, at the same price, I'd buy from LTS than from COTD . So waiting for a price match before buying

        • LTS is the Australian importer for logitech, and it isnt the first time COTD has imported stock from taiwan direct without going through the distro. Logitech can and will deny warranty claims because of this.

        • +2

We are not the importer, We are an Authorized reseller but we buy all our Logitech from Authorized sources and distributors in Australia.

  • Damn was hoping the M950 was $55 again. Didn't need one until now.

Would get a MX5500 but I'm sick of my keyboards draining 4 x AA batteries (already have an MX5000 on the way out)

    • +1

Sounds like you need some Eneloops.

    • I changed them only once since march 2011. Now using eneloops

  • Just bought a m570 from umart for $56 here is $50, the wireless Bluetooth audio adapter for $45 here is $30, would have saved $21 (>20%), not have to wait over a week and saved driving 10km (time and petrol), poor timing on my part.

    • Cool story.

  • The dinovo edge for $100 with free shipping is on their eBay as well: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Logitech-diNovo-Edge-Free-Deliver…

    • -1
      • I'm aware of COTD's sale but I thought people might want to kick up a stink like they usually do when shops advertise the same price on OzB as their eBay.

  • Anyone else having trouble purchasing?
    Getting this :
Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the mailing address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.

I just created a new account on the site since I've never purchased from there before.

    • I'm getting this too! :(

  • +6

Logitech M950 for $55 deal or no deal, mr. Rep?

  • +1

Z906 was actually $369 before the sale and not $599.95 like it is advertised on their website.

Proof is their own ebay store http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/130776436161?nma=true&si=Simp5ZqF…

You can find it for 350 elsewhere so 299 is a good price but not as good as they make it out to be.

  • i wish you guys could do better on the logitech 3d extreme pro, even officeworks has it cheaper :(

    http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/Technology/PC-…

  • Hey Rep,

    • try another browser, everything is fine from this end

  • -2

      • themensshop is even better. they offer free freight for return/exchange

        • +1

          I can't wear a keyboard as a suit though.

        • You should try.

  • I too would like to register my interest in a deal on the G9x.
Even just a little one, my G9 is on the way out.

    • here you go http://www.catchoftheday.com.au/smallfish_info.php?products_…

or go ask QQQ over at the Dinovo fight for the mouse on it's own if you don't want the KB. $50 and free shipping.

      • The price increase from the original deal may forever leave a bad taste in my mouth, but my little bro's in dire need of a new k/b and a better deal is a better deal, cheers.

        • I take it back, the LOGIMW3 coupon hadn't actually expired.
