Solists are great. They are also quite expensive. This is 20% off. I've tried most of the Solist range and this is one of the better ones, but they're all good in their own way.

For the "delivery kills the deal comments": just buy two, easy. Or add a copita, my glass of choice.

I'd go for the Mortlach 2010 or Pulteney 2008 because they're two of my favourite distilleries

    TWC bought an entire cask as there was a competition to pick your own whisky from a bunch of samples. The guy selected the Madeira and you can see his name on it. Having more bottles means you can offer it cheaper etc

    The one I linked was picked by some dude for TWC. Solists are also single casks, so there's slight variations with each outturn.

  Soloist are great and this is decent price . I think they were 150 ish in Taiwan when I picked some up

    90% sure this is cheaper for a Madeira cask than you can find in Taiwan

    Nah homie, I just came back from Taiwan. Maybe for the Port or Bourbon Solists, but even those were approaching $200 in duty free.

      Yeah I was there at end of September and the airport duty free prices weren't as cheap as Ozb prices.

      Ditto, there's a few opened an unopened IB Mortlachs I have but that one is by far my favourite. It's a true sherry bomb (like the Glendronachs up to a few years ago)
