Was waiting for a discount on Amazon with alerts on camelcamel but found out it's pretty discounted on the official Edifier ebay store. This is cheapest ever new price based on previous posts that I could find. Previously $141.75 from Amazon. Refurbished has been $99 before.

$151.99 direct from their website if some prefer that.

Don't these go for around $100 pretty regularly?

  • This one is the upgraded version with bt5.0 and sub out. I've only seen refurbished ones go for $99 before

Thanks I’ve been waiting on Amazon as well…

    WAIT NO BLACK FFFFFF!!

  • Too bad doesn't have microSD slots for MP3 playing without any connections

I agree that its a shame that it isnt 2004 anymore.

      • In 2004 a 128MB USB thumb drive was USD$60. microSDs didn't exist.

        • Microsd came out around 2003ish. There was a lioneer dj deck with a port for sd cards even earlier

I agree. Brb, downloading songs on LimeWire and Napster to play them on Winamp

Damn that sure took me back on memory lane haha

It sure does. While chatting on mirc and icq. Busting out tunes on winamp.

        much love for winamp

  • Only woodgrain left, black are oos

  • Great speakers, i have a pair. Warning! Worst remote control in human history. You have to stand directly infront and push buttons 10 times before it registers.

      Agreed worst remote!

TIP! Google Chromecast HD remote works with them (well the DB model anyway)! The mute button turns them on and off and the volume button works. We just use our speakers with our TV and so that's all we need the speakers for. The terrible remote lives packed away unused.

Oh wow! I didnt know that, which is the DB model?

EDIT:…. OH… Sorry, I see now, the Edifier haha. I thought you meant the google remote. I've had my morning coffee now 😬

  • Wood is also OOS now

  • Received my speakers today and wow what a punch it has for price! Wish I had got a pair sooner.
My remote seems to work fine, but yes I get that it's not like a firestick or google tv remote in terms of pointing it anywhere and it working. Also sub out is awesome since I already had a sub.
