Bought Philips 328P6V 32" 4K LCD Monitor from Australian Computer Traders in June 2023 in an Ozbargain sale. Monitor is dead in Nov 2023. I am trying to find out a warranty support center for Philips in NSW without any luck. Appreciate anyone's help on how to repair or replace this product. It seems Philips does not have any support in NSW. Anyone faced similar situation?
12 months, and since they offer extended warranties (if they offer it for the monitors) you could argue for further coverage under ACL (or pay for the extended warranty).

Seller got this for almost next to nothing so I think they should full refund easily.

Also, it is possible the monitor deal is for brand new. I got mine brand new from the same seller. There were different deals posted for new and for second

Should I contact Philips at the same time?
Go through ACT first and if no dice, can log support ticket via Philips Australia here: https://philips.mmddisplay.com.au/
ACT says warranty should be covered by Philips. Philips says contact the supplier. I believe all products sold by ACT have one-year warranty. Anyone has experience in dealing with ACT in the past?
As per the below page, the product has one year warranty. Should I contact fair trading?
